We are creating a different kind of pet-care experience—one centered around calm, personalized care for small dogs.
Our grooming environment is thoughtfully designed to make the experience more comfortable for the dogs and more enjoyable for the professionals caring for them.

50/50 Commission
You keep 50% of your grooming revenue, giving you the opportunity to earn based on your skills and productivity.
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

🐶 FREE Daycare for One Dog
Bring your own dog to work!
As a LakePAWse groomer, you can receive free daycare for one of your dogs, so your furry family member doesn’t have to stay home alone while you’re at work.

✂️ What You’ll Do
* Provide professional grooming services for small-breed dogs
* Perform baths, drying, brushing, haircuts and styling
* Assess coat condition and communicate grooming recommendations with pet parents
* Practice safe, gentle and low-stress handling
* Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary grooming environment
* Follow LakePAWse grooming and safety standards
* Communicate professionally with clients
* Provide exceptional care and attention to every dog
🐾 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a groomer who is:
* Experienced in professional dog grooming
* Confident and gentle handling small dogs
* Reliable and dependable
* Detail-oriented and proud of their work
* Professional and friendly with pet parents
* Committed to animal safety and welfare
* Comfortable working independently
* Passionate about providing high-quality grooming
A grooming portfolio is required. References are welcome.
